Q. Will Marmalade Park contact lenses actually change my natural eye colour?

A. Yes. Maramalade Park customers report great satisfaction with their instant eye colour change. The options offered allow wearers to change their look to suit any mood, outfit or occasion.



Q. Are contact lenses easy to wear?

A. Yes. Regular and new wearers find them extremely comfortable and easy to wear, which is why first-time users are quick to come back and experiment with new colours and looks.



Q. Can Marmalade Park contact lenses get ‘lost’ behind my eye?

A. No. There is a thin but strong membrand called the conjunctiva, which lines the inside of our eyelids and curls back on itself to cover the white part of the eye.



Q. How long will my order take to be delivered?

A. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours from our warehouse in the UK. Delivery terms vary slighting however we aim to ensure all orders are delivered within 7 working days within the UK and Europe. World-wide deliveries can take up to 14 working days. If for any reason we are unable to deliver within this time, Marmalade Park will contact you and let you known when to expect your order. In cases of unacceptable delay, we will offer a full refund.



Q. What is your refund policy?

A. We will happily refund any order once the items have been returned in original un-opened condition to the address on our contact page. However, we do charge a handling charge to cover our shipping costs. Opened boxes or vials of contact lenses will not be exchanged or refunded if the colour is found to be unsuitable.



Q. What will my eyes look like with the natural coloured lenses in?

A. Our range of three tone lenses will make your eyes have a noticable but natural change of eye colour. Because our natural lenses mix with your own natural eye colour your end result will be whatever lens colour you choose, e.g. green, with hints of your natural eye colour, e.g. brown. Also the dark circle around the outside of the lens will show in your eyes which makes your iris look larger
